This course has been designed to provide DCS front line staff, supervisors and policy makers who need to have a very detailed knowledge of the ISG because they will apply the ISG in their daily work or supervise those who do with an understanding of how to use the Information Sharing Guidelines (ISG) to share information appropriately in order to protect vulnerable persons from harm. They explain how to obtain consent and what to do when consent to share information is given and when it’s not.
