The SA Public Sector has a focus on improving performance management and development across all agencies. To support this, the Office of the Commissioner for Public Sector Employment has developed online education module for employees.
This module is designed to increase awareness and understanding of performance management and provide a broad overview of effective performance management and development in the workplace.
The module has been developed to provide a common platform to improve awareness and understanding of employee performance management and development in the South Australian Public Sector.
The content of the module is intended to complement existing online and face-to-face training offerings available across the sector. The module takes approximately 20 to 30 minutes to complete
