ABOUT the Plan

Taking good care of our mental health and wellbeing has never been more important. This program will help you to develop your own Be Well Plan – your personalised wellbeing plan for both good as well as challenging times.

 

We all live unique lives, and what works for some, may not work for others. Throughout this program you will learn different exercises and strategies to build strong and positive levels of mental health and wellbeing. These exercises and strategies are based on the latest scientific evidence and get updated regularly.

 

Some of the exercises will work for you, some may not. You will like some of them, but maybe not all. Importantly, along the way you will get an idea of what works for YOU in YOUR daily life. We match them to your specific needs and at the end of the program you will have a booklet with exercises and strategies tailored just for you - your own Be Well Plan.


SAHMRI has partnered with Flinders University’s Órama Institute right here in South Australia to deliver you a new program calledBe Well Plan; a program that helps you craft a unique evidence-based strategy matched to your needs and your unique circumstances, so you can stay feeling well and grounded.


SAHMRI have made the Be Well Plan available to the community FREE of charge during the COVID-19 crisis. You can provide the link (https://www.bewellplan.com/) to your family and friends and encourage then to participate in the Be Well Plan to support their mental health and wellbeing during this time.
